About me

01 Who I am
If I had to pick one of the four elements to describe how I think, I'd pick water. I observe before I act. I listen before I speak. I find the path by feeling the shape of the problem first, not by forcing it.

Technology, systems, design, even everyday things, they all pull me in. I get genuinely excited when I discover something I didn't know yesterday. That curiosity never stops. It just keeps flowing.
02 Becoming an architect
I graduated as an architect and walked straight into the real world, no clients, no industry contacts, no shortcuts. Just the degree and the will to figure it out.

I began doing technical drawings and municipal documentation. Then came survey work. In between, I taught myself; free courses, new construction techniques, anything that would make me better. Not because someone told me to. Because I needed to.

Slowly, the projects grew. And so did I.
03 Building RenderRepublic
Video games always fascinated me for one reason above all: the freedom to build habitats without limits. No gravity, no budget, no building codes. Just space, light, and imagination.

That boundless way of thinking never left me. And when the moment came to turn it into something real, RenderRepublic was born. Part creative obsession, part economic necessity.

I had no idea how to run a business. I just knew I had a strong technical foundation in digital imagery and video, and that was enough. So I started, headfirst.

I began visualizing thesis projects for architecture students. From there, real clients followed independent professionals, construction companies, real estate firms. Each project expanded what I could offer. Every job made the next one better.

No roadmap, no investors, no safety net. Just the work and the compounding effect of never stopping to learn.
04 Moving to Germany: mid-pandemic
I sold everything I had in Argentina and arrived in Munich with almost nothing, a couple of contacts who offered me their couch, and enough savings to buy myself some time.

The pandemic wasn't at its peak, but restrictions were still making everything harder. No language, no local network, no plan B.

I knocked on the doors of every architecture firm I could find. I applied to anything online: design studios, interior firms, construction sites. I even offered myself as a plumber or drywaller. I knew the trade. I wasn't too proud to use it.

The hardest part wasn't the job search. It was doing all of it in a language I didn't speak. Four years later, I earned my B2 certificate in German. That one felt personal.

Today I can say it was all worth it. Every difficult day built something that couldn't have been built any other way.
05 BIM & technical 3D in Munich
I found the job through an online listing. What I didn't know was what I was walking into.

From day one, I was made responsible, alongside two colleagues, for a brand new technology the company had just invested in. Within weeks, both colleagues dropped out of the project. I was left alone, responsible for an investment of nearly €30,000. A tool I had never touched before in my life.

Two months later I had mastered it. A few months after that, I became the specialist. The person who actually understood what the company had bought, better than the people who bought it. I restructured how it was integrated, improved it, and presented it to my managers. They were impressed. They invested more.

It was one of the most demanding professional experiences of my life. And one of the most clarifying.

Eventually, I hit a ceiling. And when a ceiling is real, the only honest move is to find a bigger room.
06 FORJALabstudio: my first startup in EU
It started with a friend and an observation: I'd been working with 3D printers as a hobby for years. Why not turn that into something real?

The idea was simple: use AI to transform 2D photography into detailed 3D digital files, then bring them to life through modeling, printing and post-processing. All done by hand. All done by me.

I researched the process end to end. I calculated the real cost of my work: modeling hours, print time, finishing. I studied what it takes to actually launch a startup, with AI assisting me at every step of the organizational side.

FORJALabstudio was born in late 2025 and has been in full development throughout 2026. My first company on German soil. Built with the same instinct I've always had: when something interests me, I go all the way in.
07 Now: curiosity meets AI
The Russian-Ukrainian war triggered a global energy crisis that hit Germany hard and with it, construction and automotive collapsed. After a year of trying to find my footing, I faced a real choice: sink as an architect, or resurface as something new.

I chose to resurface.

In less than a year: my German B2 certificate, multiple certifications in web design, UX/UI and development, two applications built, a website founded, and a product design course completed.

AI entered through the side door. It started with ChatGPT during the course, then my developer friends, professors and classmates pushed it further. Today I work daily with Claude, Figma, Make, and others. Not as shortcuts. As amplifiers.

I didn't pivot. I evolved.
